• If your passport or documents have already been received, no refund will be issued.
• If consultation, requirements, or application guidance has already been provided, up to
50% of the service fee may be retained as an administrative charge.
• Bank fees, payment gateway charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds for credit card payments older than 3 months cannot be processed. In such
cases, store credit may be issued for future use.
• Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be used with other agencies or direct
consulate applications.
Cancellation requests can be made via your account dashboard or by contacting our support
team.
3. Processing Time
All visa processing times are estimates based on standard consulate timelines:
• Processing begins the next business day after document submission.
• Delays may occur due to additional document requests or consulate decisions.
• Bright Star Visa Services is not responsible for delays, rejections, or any resulting
financial or personal losses.
• No fees are refundable due to delays or visa denial.
4. Fees and Payments
• Payments are charged immediately upon order confirmation.
• You agree to pay all applicable service fees, government fees, taxes, and shipping costs.
• Visa requirements, fees, and documentation are subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, Bright Star Visa Services does not guarantee that all website content is current or error-free. Consulate requirements may change without prior notice, and we are not liable for inaccuracies or outdated information.
